We have the lowest E&O fee in the industry. Just $60 per transaction (Sacramento) and $125 (Bay Area) and it caps at $600/ year. 6% per transaction goes to Realty World Corporate for technology package and local advertising fee. The best part is once your $745 per transaction reaches $20,000 per calendar year you are done. Yep you CAP at $20,000 to the office!
